Good Afternoon.  What a nice day here in central IL.  School is winding down and my daughters graduation is this weekend.

So, as I said I would be back to share the remainder of my March's projects.  The other line I worked with was Echo Parks, This & That Graceful.

First is a layout about my daughter, who is graduating.  All items were from the This & That Graceful line.

Next, I threw together a quick card.  Dress form is a Tim Holtz die cut, Pattern paper is from This & That Graceful collection and Card stock is Bazzill, I'm not sure of the color.

Well, that wraps up my March projects.  I will be back shortly and share my April projects.

I hope everyone has a safe and happy Memorial day.

Long Overdue Post

Sorry for the delay in posting my March projects.  With a High School Senior in the house, I have been rather busy.  Wow, when she was first born I thought this day was a long, long, long time away.  I was warned that the time would fly by.  I guess, I never thought it would go by so fast.  It sure is bitter sweet:)   I think I have done my job raising her with the right values.  One of my favorite quotes from the movie "UP", Thanks for the adventure-Now, go make new ones.

I know, blah, blah, blah....lets get on with my March design team work.   For March, I was given My Minds Eye, Follow your Heart and Echo Parks, This & That Graceful.

First, I will share a layout using I designed using Follow Your Heart.

Then using the Maya Road Acrylic Business Card stand, I designed a favorite quote album.  I have a notebook I tend to write quotes I like.  So,  I thought why not showcase my favorite ones.

Since this post is so photo heavy, I will be back tomorrow and share the items I made using Echo Park.

May 7, 2012

I know it has been awhile since I last posted.  Since I am way behind on showing my design team work, I felt it time to do a quick post.  I never finished showing you my design team work from Feb.  So, not only do I owe you the remainder of Feb. but now March and April as well.

The second line I worked with in February was Simple Stories, "Happy Day".  With that line, I created a birthday card for my nephew, 2 layouts and one mini book.

First is a quick card a threw together.  I used a red Bazzill card stock, random pieces of paper from the "Happy Day" collection, and a blue button I had in my button collection.

Second, a layout titled "Happy Birthday to you my Blue Eyed boy.  I used a bazzill red card stock and then stickers and paper from Happy Day.  I also used a small piece of Divine Twine in Chocolate.
Third, a layout with random pictures from his 1st Birthday Party.
Last, because I loved this line and I had paper left over, I made another little mini book.  Book was by Maya Road and the paper was pieces of "Happy Day", I had remaining.

Hope you enjoyed it.  I will be back this week to share my March projects.
